Long Overdue Release
It has been pushed back and back, but finally, the time is just about here.
After quite differing stretches of motivation to get this game out, some decision had to be made to actually finalize it.
Firstly, this initial release will only have a handful of completed monster stat blocks. Due to the nature of the game revolving around creatures of myth and folklore, I’ve opted for robust monster creation tools instead, as no amount of effort would ever allow the wide berth of creatures in humanity’s collective story telling to be represented in a single book, and even a small portion is quite an ask.
Additionally, to cover also some of the missing context from the now removed monsters, additional setting material will be added. On top of that, the inventory system has been altered to be a much simpler, card-based fare.
I hope you look forward to the initial release! I’ll announce a proper launch date when I’m a bit closer on wrapping up production.
And as per previous posts, the initial release will be used to gather funds for proper art in the book.
